Jordan Vauvert Rehearsals est un autre recueil d'improvisations jouées devant un public très restreint — la partie de Royaume des Brumes n'avait même qu'un seul spectateur (un écho à la poésie galante médiévale ?). Si le dungeon synth des deux pistes repose sur des sonorités datées et vaporeuses, avec quelques phases magnifiques au piano et à l'orgue dans le "untitled" de Spectral Castle, on reconnaît bien la patte unique de chaque projet, ce qui permet d'offrir des émotions très contrastées. Quel talent ! Favorite track: untitled.

Royaume des Brumes's side is a live session that happened in Burgundy, on September 6th, 2020, in front of one individual only. It was performed using an emulation of a Korg synth.

Spectral Castle's side is composed of selected parts of a rehearsal that was recorded in Paris, on June 9th 2021. The synth is unknown.

All material was performed live with no preparation.

One of my favorite dungeon synth albums, and I had only heard it a few days ago for the first time. Perfect for drifting off to sleep, but also for driving under the canopy of trees. It is very soft, and pleasant, yet vast at times. The ambient forest sounds are extremely soothing. A wonderful work of art that feels as refreshing as diving into the deeps of a natural, cold spring in the eves of summer. Bjorn
